one more is built around repetition — one more lap, one more effort, one more attempt. A shoe designed for runners who want to improve without overcomplicating their stride, with a smooth and natural running feel.
Built on the Flow and Joie components, it combines a 6mm drop with a dual-density construction to balance comfort, stability, and responsiveness. The geometry remains simple and efficient, with a slight rocker supporting a fluid midfoot transition.
The upper is highly breathable with a snug fit that keeps the foot in place without restriction. The wide base provides natural stability, including for mild pronators. Underfoot, a thin 2mm carbon rubber outsole ensures grip and durability without adding unnecessary weight.
Without a carbon plate, one more maintains a natural ground feel. Designed for fast training and racing.

Running, stripped back to what it really is
4T2 is a Dutch running brand built by runners who understand the reality of the sport — repetitive, demanding, and often uncomfortable. Born during the pandemic, the brand emerged from lived experience: early mornings, long hours alone, and the need for gear that performs when fatigue sets in.
For 4T2, running isn’t aesthetic — it’s physical effort, impact, and consistency over time. Their products reflect that mindset: no excess, no distraction, just what’s needed to move efficiently and keep going.
The brand works with technical partners like Vibram, Sympatex, and Ortholite — not for visibility, but for what they bring on the ground: grip, protection, and durability.
4T2 sees apparel and shoes as tools. The goal isn’t to look like a runner — it’s simply to run.
