2. Products
Atmo curates and resells products from independent brands.
Each brand remains responsible for the design, manufacturing, and quality of its products.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided by the brands and reviewed by our team to ensure accuracy. However, minor variations may occur due to production updates, availability, or improvements made by the brand.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on the Atmo Sportswear website are expressed in euros (€).
Depending on the product and its country of origin, prices may be displayed either inclusive of VAT or exclusive of VAT.
The applicable tax regime is clearly indicated on each product page and at checkout.
For products shipped from outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes (including VAT when applicable), and carrier handling fees may be charged upon delivery by local authorities or the carrier.
When applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the products and brands included in the order.
The price displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout reflects the applicable pricing conditions for the selected product.
4. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the items purchased.
Please ensure that all shipping and contact details provided are accurate. Atmo Sportswear cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped directly by the brand or its designated logistics partner.
As Atmo operates a multi-brand platform, a single order containing products from different brands may result in multiple shipments and separate delivery times.
Delivery times vary depending on the brand, destination, and shipping method. Any delivery times indicated on the website or at checkout are estimates only and are not binding.
Atmo Sportswear cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond its reasonable control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with applicable European Union law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of return.
If the return concerns a defective or incorrect product, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
8. Warranty and Product Defects
All products sold on Atmo Sportswear benefit from the legal warranty of conformity applicable within the European Union (minimum two years).
If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us at support@atmo-sportswear.com, including your order number and supporting photos.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Atmo Sportswear shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of products, nor for indirect damages.
Atmo Sportswear cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond its control.
