Valone - Trail Shoe Repair Service
The Valone repair service replaces the full sole block, including cushioning and lugs, to give your shoes around 1,000 additional kilometres of use. Instead of throwing them away, you send them in for repair and keep the shoes you already know, with their comfort, fit and story.
The repair is carried out by Valone’s dedicated repair workshop, which knows the shoes, their construction and their technical specificities in detail. The result is a reliable and precise repair designed to preserve both the performance and the visual integrity of your shoes.
This service is designed for runners who want to extend the life of their trail shoes without compromising on grip, cushioning or confidence on technical terrain.
How does the repair process work?
After purchasing the Valone repair service, you receive a repair code by email. This code allows you to start the repair process when your shoes are ready to be sent in.

You purchase the repair service
Once your order is confirmed, you receive a repair code by email. The code is valid for 2 years. -
You activate the repair
Contact Valone with your repair code and your shipping address. Valone will then send you a prepaid return label by email. -
You send your shoes
Place your shoes in a box or parcel, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop the parcel at the indicated drop-off point. -
Valone’s workshop repairs them
The shoes are repaired by Valone’s dedicated workshop, which replaces the sole block, including the cushioning and lugs. -
Your shoes are shipped back
Once the repair is complete, your shoes are shipped back to the delivery address provided. You receive a tracking number by email. -
You receive your repaired shoes
Your shoes come back repaired with a new Vibram® intermediate sole and new Vibram® Megagrip lugs, ready for around 1,000 additional kilometres.
The full repair process usually takes around 20 days between your initial shipment and the return of your repaired shoes.
